The Architecture-Project Manager provides project leadership and documentation coordination. Position requires leading project teams as they develop design drawings, technical documentation and construction administration/construction phase documents for architecture + construction project delivery method.

The ideal candidate holds an architectural degree alongside at least 6 years of industry experience, with a professional license preferred (or a clearly demonstrated path toward licensure). Technical proficiency is essential, particularly with office and industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Procore. Beyond technical skills, this role requires strong organization to coordinate project details using office management tools, combined with effective communication across clients, staff, and project teams.
