Lassel Architects Architect / Project Manager – Residential and Commercial

Lassel Architects was founded in 1989 and provides architectural and interior design services to residential and commercial clients throughout New England. We provide a broad range of services and have experience in a variety of project types. Our work always denotes proficiency in today’s sustainable design, construction and operations standards. Located in South Berwick, Maine, our office is within walking distance of downtown.

We are ideally seeking an Architect or Project Manager with some experience across single-family residential, commercial and multi-family projects. This is an in-office role.

Requirements: 

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 5-10 years of professional experience
• Capable of managing the day-to-day operations of projects and small teams, under the guidance and direction of the firm’s principal architects 
• Proficiency in Revit • Capable of producing and coordinating design documents for construction  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Working knowledge of relevant local zoning, building and design codes
