Kaplan Thompson Architects has announced the promotion of three designers to the level of Associate.

Richard Lo, who joined the firm in 2008, has design and project management experience in Maine, France, the United Kingdom, and his native New Zealand. He holds Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Building Science degrees from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand and gained professional licensure in New Zealand in 1996.

Adam Wallace, who joined the firm in 2015, has a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from Hobart College and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Maine at Augusta. With a prior career as a co-owner of a remodeling and custom cabinetry business, Adam brings invaluable practical experience to his role as Project Manager.

Rachel Redfearn, who joined the firm in 2019, graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. Rachel is an NCIDQcertified interior designer with a foundation of experience in corporate interior renovations in the Boston area before moving to Portland. Rachel works closely with residential and commercial clients to help find the best interior solutions for their spaces.
