Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of their role, grow as a leader, and make a lasting impact on the built environment. This is an in-person position for Maine residents or those ready to relocate. As a key member of our collaborative team, the Project Manager will ensure the successful delivery of projects while upholding our commitment to innovation, excellence, and environmental stewardship. Requirements:

  • Maine resident or willing to relocate to work in person

  • Professional degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch 1 minimum); licensure not required but a plus 

  • Additional sustainability or technical accreditation a plus

  • 5-10 years of experience

  • Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard rendering software/s

  • Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite a plus

  • Proficiency in Apple Keynote a plus

  • Understanding of building codes, zoning, and planning regulations

  • Familiarity with sustainable building practices and ecological principles; understanding of Passive House principles and whole-building life cycle assessment a plus 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience
