This tour of the local non-profit, Preble Street's Teen Center and Shelter presents a complex renovation of a commercial building with multiple occupancy types, including assembly and residential dormitories, located in Portland, Maine and will review the technical, programmatic, and coordination challenges encountered from design through construction.
