Four New Hires at PDT Architects

Portland, ME––PDT Architects has expanded the staff by hiring architect Keegan Carmichael, architectural designers Alyssa Phanitdasack and Nick Conner, and administrative assistant Kirsten Stolte.

Architect Keegan Carmichael, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, holds a B. Arch. from the Boston Architectural College and worked most recently for Jeff Demers Design in Portsmouth, NH. He has considerable experience designing multi-family housing, college and university buildings, and health care. At PDT, he is working on
a regional headquarters office in Gray for the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. He is licensed to practice architecture in Maine and Massachusetts, and he lives in Portland.

Alyssa Phanitdasack, architectural designer, received her M. Arch from the University of Oregon School of Architecture and Applied Arts, Eugene, in 2014. A Bowdoin College graduate who has studied and worked in Los Angeles, Denmark, British Columbia, and China, she has also been an artist-in-residence at the Quimby Art Colony in Gouldsboro, ME. At PDT, she has been working on the new Mt. Ararat High School in MSAD #75. She lives in Portland.

Nicholas J. Conner, architectural designer, has a BA in Architecture from the University of New Mexico and received his M. Arch. from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island in 2016. He worked most recently at Arnold Jacobson Architects in North Attleboro, MA, and lives in Portland.

Kirsten E. Stolte returns to PDT as a part-time administrative assistant. She holds a B.A. in studio art from the University of Maine and an A.S. in administrative office management from Southern Maine Community College and lives in Portland.
