This 354,000-square-foot project repurposes an existing warehouse to consolidate multiple campuses into a single building. The all-new energy-efficient envelope will house 1,500 employees with a fitness facility, conference center, health clinic, central dining with full kitchen, grab-n-go snack bars, and multiple break-out spaces. Employees are offered the flexibility to utilize a rich variety of fully tech-enabled individual work-points and collaborative spaces within indoor and outdoor work environments. The building features natural materials like wood and stone, paying homage to the products that define the company’s legacy.
