Maine Architecture Map Competition: Androscoggin County Due

Maine Architecture Map Competition

THE MAP

A geo-tagged database of noteworthy architecture, designed landscapes, and built spaces throughout Maine. The map will be composed of paired photographs and descriptions submitted by local architects and designers. It will be shared with both the architectural community and wider public to promote the diversity of design in our state.

MONTHLY COMPETITION

Each month we will ask Maine architects and designers to submit a single building, designed landscape, or built space within a designated county in Maine. Participants should consider a location for which they hold a personal excitement and want to share it with others. Entries will be due on the last day of each month according to the schedule below. A rotating jury will select a single winner each month that best evokes a designed place through a paired photograph and description. All entries will be added to the geo-tagged map.
