Studio Lead, Architect - Talented, Artistic Architect w Leadership Experience
The Licensed Architect is responsible for producing regulatory reports, measuring and documenting properties, producing site plans, producing drawings of existing dimensions, producing schematic plans for clients to evaluate, and for basic pricing information. Our Architect will discuss/consult the plans with other industry professionals and engineers in order to produce permitted drawing sets and file permitting paperwork and work with municipalities and clients to achieve building permits. They will work with carpenters and vendors to align the material orders and estimates with the drawing requirements.
