Instructions for Submitting Testimony for a Public Hearing 

1. You can submit testimony in favor by clicking here: https://www.mainelegislature.org/testimony/ 

2. Follow prompts for "Public Hearing."

3. Using the drop-down, select the committee of jurisdiction. The committee of jurisdiction can be found at the top of the template testimony.

4. Using the drop-down, select the date and time of the public hearing for the bill you are testifying about. The date and time of the public hearing can be found at the top of the template testimony.

5. Follow the prompts to enter your contact information and upload your testimony. You can also copy and paste the testimony directly into a text box, but uploaded testimony looks more professional.

6. Submit testimony.

7. Wait for confirmation email!
